@minideezel I finally got a response from eClinicalWorks:

Hi Jason, Thanks for reporting the issue and sorry for the delay in our response.

The practice might not be showing up in the endpoint directory because FHIR APIs might not be enabled. Can you please confirm with the practice or have them open a support ticket / case for the same if required?

Looks like the individual practices need to enable this functionality. Can you message Grand River and ask them if they have enabled thier FHIR Api for patient access under the Cures Act Final Rule?

I'm happy to ask them directly, but I imagine they'd be more responsive to one of their patients than some random developer :)
