[Bug]: Medical Source for Palms Medical group does not go to the correct url #467

What happened?

I am trying to add Palms Medical group as a data source. The website url on it is correct palmsmg.org/, but when I try to add it as a source, the url is https://fhir.nextgen.com/nge/prod/patient-oauth/authorize/login? . When I log into the patient portal for Palms, the nextgen routes to: https://pxpportal.nextgen.com/palmsmedicalgroup-25669/portal/#/user/login.

I don't know if the url needs to be updated for , or maybe I should try again later since I password reset my account on it today.

Hey Mike, Apologies for the delay getting back to you.

This is expected for Nextgen providers, they have a different login url for apps vs the practitioner patient portal. However your username and password should be the same for both.

Can you try again and confirm its working?

Yes sir, I did try their odd URL. Still no luck.

https://pxpportal.nextgen.com/palmsmedicalgroup-25669/portal/#/user/login

That is theirs, which is totally different from the https://fair.nextgen.com that fasten uses. I also contacted their IT to see if there was a way to gain API access through them but that was a negative. I can forward on the email from Palms if you would like.
