Follow-up of #258 adding an h3-router benchmark.

Looks like the build is failing on master. I'll work on that soon as I have time (may take a while).

But only for re-generating the metrics "on the spot". Generating metrics & benchmarks based on schedule still works fine 🤔 It is only due to a failing push when processing PRs.
