Hello.

This PR aims to :

Fix windows flacky tests by increasing the cache TTL (for real this time... I hope at least :crossed_fingers: :smile_cat:)

[x] run npm run test ~~and npm run benchmark~~
[x] tests ~~and/or benchmarks~~ are included
[ ] documentation is changed or added
[x] commit message and code follows the Developer's Certification of Origin and the Code of conduct

@Eomm > it seems to be OK now (I think that for some reason in Windows environment the TTL of the cache was too low to be hit)
