Upgrade rustler to 0.22.x #6

In order to receive improvements and fixes, update rustler to 0.22.2.

I am merging this with some warnings, since I had quite a bit of trouble with the new rustler::init! feature. I am hoping that the old behavior is still supported in 0.25 so we can find a version that works with OTP 23.
