Uploaded IPA - but no new build in iTunesConnect #615

Earlier today I tried deliver:

deliver init deliver --ipa myapp.ipa --skip_metadata --skip_screenshots

The log showed that everything was successful, but then on iTunesConnect there was no build listed. Is there anything quick and I can try, or must I give up on the dream of using a command line script to upload my build (and be forced to use the AppLoader GUI)?
