Only check key for widget/sidebar in start #11

I have options like footer_widget_count that don’t get exported now. IMO there is no need to check if the key contains widget_ but only if it starts with it. Discovered after hitting this https://wordpress.org/support/topic/not-exporting-some-options/

Thanks, @JiveDig! This came up recently in another thread and I was thinking the exact same thing. I'll merge the PR and get an update out.
