Add welcome page output #31

Enable the welcome page to be served by default on new C@E services.

Deployed: https://notably-thorough-mule.edgecompute.app

Removed the outdated screenshot. We've had trouble finding something sensible to display as a screenshot on more recent SKs so for consistency we'll just drop the screenshot.
