Timestamp granularity - feature request #12

Problem:

The requests are grouped by the second, having finner granularity would help to track the request order.

Solution:

Include additional granularity to the timestamp to include nanosecond with an ISO8601 format.

This one I won't be able to do anything as the timestamp is from the SigSci API and does not have that granularity.
