Incorporate Auto Generate Splunk SigSci App Inputs as part of the TA #17

Problem I am trying to solve: Can we roll this into the TA? https://github.com/dacoburn/sigsci-splunk-generate-inputs

The purpose of this one-off tool is to automatically add inputs of SigSci workspaces when a new workspace has been created. It would be great to have this included in the TA so customers don't have to use 2 separate solutions for this.

Priority: Low. Customers can use both separately for now.
