This PR includes updates the tutorial ready for the next hls4ml release, including #22 and #16 (+ some changes for hls4ml API difference).
All the notebooks run through without errors and produce sensible results, typically improving slightly on the previous iteration.
The environment.yml needs to be updated once the release is actually made, then this can be merged (as long as nothing else changes in the meantime...)
