[Feature Request] FuseSOC IP packaging support #112

Would allow for much better portability and integration in to a higher level design. Allows for interface wrappers.

@jeinstei thanks for your input and an interesting idea on how to make the tool more useful. If you are at Fermilab, some of us would be happy to chat to understand better the requirements and this package (we are unfamiliar).

More than happy to! We're working with LBL and Cern to start using it for IP packaging, and it allows for easier integration and dependency management for HDL projects. Let's talk offline then.
