This does a couple of things:

rename all methods to new-style JMAP (Foo/get rather than getFoos)
converts fetchFoos to explicit backrefs in tests
removes all trace of fetchFoos from lib/ code
assumes that ix_type_key a capitalized, singular noun (the "Foo" of "Foo/get"); and also removes ix_type_key_singular
