Please include types in the release. #433

Hello,

Firstly, I wanted to express my appreciation for the excellent work done with Squire editor.

I see that since version 2.0.0, it has been rewritten in TypeScript. However, there appears to be an absence of TypeScript types in the npm bundle. Please include them in the bundle.

I believe these should be in the bundle as of the 2.1.0 release.
