last release for mesviz #478

after pygfx releases v0.1.19 do a new fpl release from commit https://github.com/fastplotlib/fastplotlib/commit/418a73b2aef82043af004f392faf6b4d2c577deb

Might be necessary to make a new branch from that commit if #704 is in pygfx v0.1.19 since that changes default pickability of materials.

This release will be pinned for mesviz and will be the last one before major refactors due to #457 and #389

this gets messy, I will just wait until we do a v0.2.0 release
