GitHub auto test #61

This pull request added the features of automated GitHub testing that runs all pytest with every push and pull request. We also get a cool button that tells us if our test are passing

Resolves issue #52

We need to figure out how to this merged in the future.

This was testing urbuntu-latest which didn't support a specific version of python. Update this for urbuntu-20.04. This PR is now good to merge
