version 23.08 is already there. please remove and install app/org.winehq.Wine/x86_64/stable-23.08 and winezgui.

flatpak remove io.github.fastrizwaan.WineZGUI 
flatpak install io.github.fastrizwaan.WineZGUI app/org.winehq.Wine/x86_64/stable-23.08
