GrowlTunes: Don't send notification when iTunes is the frontmost app #111

What feature or enhancement do you propose?
When iTunes is the active app, GrowlTunes should not send its track-changed
notification.

What problem does it solve/What benefit does it provide?
The user does not need a notification to tell them the newly-playing track when
they have changed
the track within iTunes, since they probably chose that track specifically and
so already know what
it is.

I thought this was a bug when I noticed it.

In my opinion it is useful to display the notification regardless (or at least
give a choice). For example I often have my music on shuffle and use the
keyboard shortcuts to skip. In this case I don't care if iTunes is focused or
not, I would like the same type of notification instead of looking around the
screen to find out the song.
