GrowlSafari: Extension update notification #142

What feature or enhancement do you propose?
GrowlSafari should have a notification for an update to an installed Safari 
extension.

What problem does it solve/What benefit does it provide?
The user could keep their installed Safari extensions up to date at their 
leisure, without having to give Safari blanket permission to update installed 
extensions at its own convenience.
