growlnotify Installer package appears in wrong languages #148

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Set your system to, say, British English 
(https://twitter.com/snkhan/status/18072353153)
2. Open the growlnotify Installer package.

What is the expected output?
It's in English.

What do you see instead?
It's in Portuguese. (http://twitpic.com/23lb2n)

As I remember, this was caused by us specifying the language as en_US, not en. 
Mac OS X apparently prefers other languages over other dialects. We should be 
able to fix it by switching the language name to en.

So, after investigating while fixing up the .pmdoc file we use to build the 
package for release, the only localization besides en-US was pt-PT, as a 
stopgap, I have removed the Portuguese translation of the installer.  I would 
have swapped en-US to en, but PackageMaker is an evil, horrible thing and I 
will not dignify it by fighting it.
