Remove sync notifications from HardwareGrowler #155

What feature or enhancement do you propose?
Cut the sync started and finished notifications from HwG.

What problem does it solve/What benefit does it provide?
Currently, they are disabled by default because they don't work very well (iPod 
syncs are not completely covered by them, and they appear at other times when 
anything syncs the Address Book or Calendar Store). We should remove them 
entirely for that reason.

iPod syncs could be moved to GTP, we already use mach_inject for GrowlSafari; 
we could use mach_override to patch in on the file add/remove function to 
detect when the sync started/stopped (a file gets created on the device and 
then removed at sync completion)

Seems like that would be really hard to do in iTunes, since it's so thoroughly 
scrubbed of symbols and nothing like method swizzling is possible in it (since 
iTunes isn't Cocoa). I'd rather just not have this feature until there's a good 
way to support it.

I'd think that ipod syncing would be an awesome notification, especially with 
the upcoming no cable option.

These notifications are pretty useless since they don't tell me what 
(application) is syncing. Therefor I'd rather not see them at all.

HWGrowler 2.0 is being completely rewritten, every bit examined, these simply 
won't be added to the new project.
