GrowlMail: Put summary mode on a timer throttle #167

What feature or enhancement do you propose?
The automatic mode should delay notifications on a timer each time more
messages come in, and only decide whether to use summary mode or a single
notification per message once the timer finally does expire.

What problem does it solve/What benefit does it provide?
The current implementation of automatic mode only considers the number of
messages added to a mailbox at once, so users may still have dozens of
notifications coming up on the screen all at once when they aren't all added to
a single mailbox at once.

Waiting an extra second or two for more messages to come in would make these
situations much more likely to result in the summary notification that should
happen in such situations.

This applies to enforced summary mode as well as automatic.
