Extra targets in Release Makefile depend on the entire Growl world #174

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. cd Release
2. make release-growlmail

What is the expected output?
Growl.framework and hgRevision.h are made as dependencies, and then GrowlMail 
itself is made and packaged up.

What do you see instead?
Building GrowlMail causes the building of the entire Growl world, including 
such things as display plug-ins.

This was fixed in one of the GrowlMail releases; I don't remember whether it 
was 1.2.4 specifically.

Our move to the App Store invalidates this generally for all remaining Extras 
in 1.3 onward. We'll be using the Makefile only to generate the SDK.
