Option to show notifications on all monitors, not just one #176

What feature or enhancement do you propose?
In addition to the selection of a single monitor on which to show
notifications, Growl should offer an option to show notifications (all of them
or specific ones) on all monitors.

What problem does it solve/What benefit does it provide?
People with a lot of screen space may find that the corner where they prefer
their Growl notifications is outside of their peripheral vision some of the
time, in which case they'll miss notifications.

Because this would take a lot of work internally, it should wait until after
whatever rearchitecture (and UI redesign) happens for 2.0.

Would like to see a notification on each connected display in the same corner
as the primary display.

There are some problems with this idea, the redesigned position controller for
Growl 2.0 might be capable of doing this, however there are still some
significant technical questions about implementation, such as at what level is
this decided at? note, app, global, or display? I don't see this before a 2.1,
the new controller should be easier to add to and modify, but as it is working
good at the moment, Id rather not start trying to hack in more stuff without
proper planning

The existing choose-a-screen widgets are per-display; why not just ("just") add
"All" to those dropdowns?
