Uninstaller option to delete settings files and plug-ins #182

What feature or enhancement do you propose?
Add an option to *completely* remove Growl, including all settings files and
plug-ins for Growl, not only remove the Growl prefpane.

What problem does it solve/What benefit does it provide?
Users who do not want Growl also will not want any of the Growl settings files
(they are not likely to have any Growl plug-ins, but they should be included
for completeness). Deleting them will free a bit of space and ease these users'
minds that all files that are part of or used by Growl are gone from their
computer.

The full-uninstall option should be off by default, so that users who only want
to uninstall the prefpane(s) do not accidentally delete their settings and
plug-ins.

An option could be that you are prompted upon uninstalling if you would like to
remove all of your plug-ins, settings etc.

This could be good if you have a corrupt style that makes growl indefinitely
load its preference pane.
See the issue i had with a corrupt style:

Since we're not going to be updating the uninstaller anymore, closing this.
