GrowlMail sometimes doesn't activate Mail #185

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Click on a notification in Mail.

What is the expected output?
It opens the message in a window and brings at least that window, if not all 
Mail windows, to the front.

What do you see instead?
Some users report that, sometimes, it opens the message in a window but fails 
to bring any Mail windows to the front.

ticket has been transferred to GrowlMail since TGP no longer maintains the 
plugin
