This has been started, there is still plenty to do. Will update with a better
list tomorrow.

Current list of things still needing to be done:
Remote host vs local registrations, there needs to be a differentiation so one
remote host don't clobber the local, or another remote host's registrations
Registration desync, what to do to keep registrations in sync, presently
registrations are only forwarded when they come in. The sender simply gives up
when a notification is rejected by a receiver for not being registered.
Support for manually entered hosts and IP's in addition to bonjour auto
discovery
Option to prevent bonjour sleep proxy from waking for Growl notifications (how
best to do this? going to ask at WWDC)
Swap AsyncSocket for GCDAsyncSocket, to make use of shiny blocks (issue #209)
More testing, might be trying to infinite loop notifications (I'm pretty sure
we detect an incoming retransmission, but not sure we try to prevent sending it
in the first place)

GNTP is in, it will need more testing, but individual tickets should be filed
against issues found.
