Mac App Store compatible framework

We need to update the framework, or provide a secondary framework. Since the 
framework has ppc in it, apps will get rejected from the mac app store.

See this from irc:

05:13 < chady> hi guys, I'm trying to submit an app to the App Store in which I
               include Growl Notifications, but the app is being rejected for
               unsupported architecture
05:13 < chady> even though I don't have PPC support in there
05:14 < chady> could it be that the rejection is coming from detecting PPC
               support in the copied Growl framework?

@I.atent.dead: they would have had to use lipo to remove the ppc section of the 
binary.
