Resolve all Clang warnings #195

What feature or enhancement do you propose?
Clang currently gives hundreds of warnings for the Growl codebase. We should 
fix these.

What problem does it solve/What benefit does it provide?
Every warning indicates either a real bug that exists today or a potential bug. 
Every bug, present or future, that we can fix, we should fix.
