CantReproduce? Here's a header from an email sent via Growl v1.1.6 MailMe

no "From" header.

1.2 no longer uses the Apple Message framework to send its emails, 1.2's MailMe
display style notification does
have a from header set. recommended that user upgrade to 1.2.

Ah ok. Unfortunately can't update to 1.2 because MailMe becomes completely
disabled as a Notifier under 1.2
for some reason. Waiting on next beta 1.2.1 to give it a try (per
http://forums.cocoaforge.com/viewtopic.php?
t=21206) and will try this then also.

the indication that its not compatible is incorrect, for whatever reason it
shows itself that way if you don't have a
mail account created in Mail.app (where it gets the sender info from).

I have v1.1.6 working find, and it uses the Mail.app info. When I upgrade to
1.2 (even if I uninstall 1.1.6
completely first), it gives me that error and disables the MailMe Notifier, and
no emails are sent.
When I reinstall v1.1.6, it works perfectly.
That would seem to exonerate the Mail.app settings.
