Allow the user to set a different display duration for each notification

Growl should allow the user to set the display duration in the notification 
editor as well as the 
Display Options pane. If set in the notification editor, that duration would 
override any duration set 
in Display Options.

This allows the user to set a notification to last longer than most without 
making it last indefinitely 
(sticky) or setting it to a different display.

Growl 2.0's new plugin system allows for multiple configurations of a given 
plugin.  This effectively allows for different durations (and indeed, was the 
first test I did of the system)
