Growl installer package opens System Preferences when it shouldn't #71

The postflight script in the Growl installer package opens System Preferences 
unconditionally. The 
user (or an application, such as InstaDMG) can install Growl to a place System 
Preferences won't load 
it from, making the launch of System Preferences pointless and confusing.

There is also a problem with the postflight running as setuid = root.
