Annihilator is easy to hit. Locust is harder to hit at the same range.
For simplicity, I'd just base it on tonnage. Easiest way to do it. (Even if it's not perfectly representative)
Interesting idea. I could come up with something based on front silhouette area of a mech to modify base accuracy. I can't promise when, but we'll see.
