now have 2 manifests (ff, chrome). adjusted new tab comparison for browser action, added format detail to options.html to make ff html compliant.

All functionality verified to work in both IE and Chrome. Pending Packaging and publishing for FF

As of FF58 everything looks to be working with the exception of

Attachment + button opens the drop down menu and does not go any further.
Calendar button is missing. The Content Scripts do not load for an unknown reason
