Change Calendar - Invite displays html as plain text in Outlook 2013 #8

Once user has reported an issue that outlook is displaying the content of a calendar invite as plain text.

Appears to be an issue that impacts some but not all outlook users based on a Microsoft forum.

Possible Solutions

  1. Drop the Description field from the ICA file. (Possibly add a setting for impacted users)
  2. Strip HTML from the text provided for the description field to improve human readability
