Extend validates_inclusion_of predicates #2

When validates_inclusion_of activates the select2 box options, the only predicate available is "Is", we would like to have "Is not", "Contains any", "Contains all" etc

Have finished this feature. Updated ransack_ui to version 1.1.0, and updated fat_free_crm
