Investigate storing segmentation masks in FathomNet #104

Meta released a "Segment Anything Model" at https://github.com/facebookresearch/segment-anything that can quickly segment images. Investigate the changes needed to fathomNet's UI and back end to accommodate segementation masks. This might need to be setup as a service separate from the core fathomnet-rest-api.
