Add github and youtube links into the header of fathomnet.org #169

We noticed that the links are in the footer but NOT in the header. This would be helpful to add prior to our FathomNet Database workshop at MIW 2024.

MIW workshop is the week of October 7-10

Specifically, these are GitHub and YouTube. One suggestion was to put these under a dropdown so as not to clutter the menu bar.

It just fits on my 13.3in retina display -- what do you think @kevinsbarnard ?

I can add a dropdown - do you have a suggestion for what the grouping would be called? Like "Resources" ? >> Would it make sense to group blog / hugging face / github / youtube in that dropdown?

Oh yeah, that's squished. I think a dropdown would be preferable, and we had mentioned using "Resources" as well. Any thoughts @kakanikatija ?

i think "resources" is a great idea! let's go with that. nothing else comes to mind.
