display items on the image metadata page

display parts name along with the class in the image metadata page. right now if you have parts labeled, you only see the concept name, not the part as well (e.g., batho, house, outer filter all is shown with image metadata as batho)

would also be nice to display image size/resolution (in pixels)

would also be good to display name of annotator not just verifier

would also be good for people with accounts to click on annotator/verifier name and be brought to their bios
