Make change history of an annotation queryable

How do we assess the quality of human annotators and the annotations they produce? Retain verification and change history of annotations. Make it query-able. Expose it in the UI.

Added lastUpdatedTimestamp to bounding boxes. This will allow better history displays of changes. Examples:
