made a couple text changes/suggestions

noticed the use of out-of-sample rather than out-of-distribution pretty heavily in the text; perhaps remove all instances of out-of-distribution for clarity? we should also add links to the reference citations for FathomNet and Video Lab (paper by Nancy J and Brian).
