cant see settings on ios4

Siphon worked fine for me on a 3GS/3G under 3.1.2, however after upgrading to 
iOS 4.0.1 & rejailbreaking I have the following issues:

The settings app just returns a blank screen with no content.

i check issues on website but didnt get any help.

I can find only old version in cydia(2.2.0.1).

i tried from website too but  i cant able to download on iphone.(its say 
download failed)

How to install the latest version

Sry,i cant install on iphone, its look like for advanced user. i will wait for 
new updated version in cydia.
do you any plans to update the latest version in cydia.
