Hi Can you please send me how you have created shoulder dataset directory. I mean to say i can't understand how you have splitted shoulder data and labels.

Your data tree must be like that;

.mura_clahe .......................mura ..................................images .................................................train .........................................................negative .........................................................positive .................................................val .........................................................negative .........................................................positive
