It was always difficult to set the pots to their actual centre. Mechanically,
different transmitters have the physical position of the pots rotated a bit,
even on a single transmitter the centre of all three pots does not actually
line up with the mechanical markings.
If the pot wasn't centered properly during calibration, you got different
amounts of servo movement on each side for the same amount of rotation of the
pot. The new way avoids this. You can enable BEEP CENTRE on the pots to get
audible feedback of when the pot is actually centered.
