Update installation instructions for M1 Computers - environment update #115

Need to update the environment to take out the specific part after the equal sign and need to modify libgfor5 and pandoc specifically as well.

We also need to add more information about how to install muscle v. 5 using homebrew, and creating an alias in the ~/.zshrc file
