no default preferences assigned #264

By default all preferences are unassigned, but that's really annoying.
It would be best to set the four swipe-gestures to the corresponding 
arrow-keys, up-right to ^C, up-left to Insert, double tap to Show/Hide Keyboard.

There are some defaults, so there must be a bug.
