Terminal crashing

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Launching terminal from springboard
2. launching from multitasking dock
3. launching terminal at all

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expected to see the terminal program. It crashed instead.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Using an iPod touch version 4.3.3 and terminal 364.1-10

Please provide any additional information below.

I tried to reinstall, delete terminal files, restarted
The device, but nothing worked.  Until then, using many cydia applications are 
impossible

Please read the wiki. 364 is obsolete, almost antique to say.
520 is the current revision, but saurik provided us with a working r364 binary.
