What version of delhpi #1

What version of delhpi ? I'm working out this language and I'd like to take a look at what version you used to program

Delphi 7 SE is prefered

I've been trying with delphi 7 to compile but it keeps causing an error, I thought it might be the delphi version, there must be some package missing in my delphi7 the error keeps prevailing even after several modifications I made

Or better yet just get https://www.lazarus-ide.org/ it's not command line like freepascal it's a IDE for freepascal.
