iOS SDK | Remove the FattmerchantAPI and FattmerchantConfiguration classes iOS SDK | Enable CNP payments with bank accounts via the Omni object

What did I do?

Moved the tokenization methods from FattmerchantApi to Omni
Removed the FattmerchantAPI and FattmerchantConfiguration classes
Removed the tokenization playground since it no longer works
Added bankAccount to TransactionRequest so folks can pay with a bank account
Made the Omni.pay() method work for ACH
