resources referenced using the CSS url(...) function are not copied through daisy202-to-epub3 #259

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. run a script with a CSS file that references an image
2. observe that the referenced image is not included in the output

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
It would be best if CSS-files were scanned for url(...) functions and 
references to resources extracted from there.

I assume it's the same in the daisy3-to-epub3 script. Adding the label.

Fix for daisy202-to-epub3 is in PR11: 
https://github.com/daisy-consortium/pipeline-scripts-utils/pull/11/files#L0L112

Romain: Feel free to mark as fixed when you know whether the issue still exists 
in daisy3-to-epub3 or not.
